We are not an ordinary IT company. We are clear that IT and Digitization are only a tool and digitization should never be a goal in itself. IT and digitization is about being able to handle data and information in an efficient and smart way. 03. Administration and operation

Hemy 360
Hemy 360 is composed of different applications and technologies. Hemy 360 is a comprehensive solution that handles the entire property and the entire property company, in a holistic way.
We have managed to create such a large and complex solution because we do not develop the applications or the technology ourselves, but put together existing technology and off-the-shelf products into a comprehensive solution that is adapted to the real estate industry and the specific industry. In this way, we can handle a great complexity and a very wide area.
What is also unique about us is that there are several modules that are put together to form a solution, which also means that we can take out some of the modules and put in others. Story
Hemy AS was started because after 15 years in the real estate industry, we saw that there were major challenges that had not been solved and there was a lack of systems that handled the whole and that could handle Data as data and not Data as information. There are many systems on the market for the property industry and we have tested them all and none could deliver what we needed. We also saw that the system suppliers did not properly understand what the needs were and how the management and operation of property worked.
